Dehuling of sunflower seeds
Wisemen Capital produces sunflower kernels purified up to 95% of the total mass, which allows them to be used both for oil production, allowing to increase the oil yield, and for the confectionery industry, adding purification only with a photoseparator.
The sunflower seed cleaning line, with the design of double huskers and the use of frequency converters on the line, provides full control of the huskers. The design of the pneumatic device for countercurrent materials, which allows the unpeeled sunflower shell to automatically flow back to the desiccants, makes the work of removing the husk more efficient.
The line is characterized by high cleaning speed, low scrap rate, stable operation, low energy consumption, high degree of automation and ease of maintenance.
